What you will do:

• Post invoices
• Prepare and issue payments.
• Collect and post receivable payments
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts & maintenance of vendor accounts.
• Helping out with any month-end duties (i.e. posting deals, warranty and insurance submissions).
• Maintain strict deadlines.
• Organize client files for year-end filing
• Order office supplies
• Assist as back up to reception desk. 
• Perform other tasks and assignments as requested by the Controller

For this role, come equipped with:

• Experience working in the automotive industry.
• Experience working within an office with accounting functions.
• Excellent organization and keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to develop positive relationships with all personnel and management.
• The motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrated reliability in attendance.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is considered an asset.
