What you will do:
- Post invoices
- Prepare and issue payments.
- Collect and post receivable payments
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts & maintenance of vendor accounts.
- Helping out with any month-end duties (i.e. posting deals, warranty and insurance submissions).
- Maintain strict deadlines.
- Organize client files for year-end filing
- Order office supplies
- Assist as back up to reception desk.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as requested by the Controller
For this role, come equipped with:
- Experience working in the automotive industry.
- Experience working within an office with accounting functions.
- Excellent organization and keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to develop positive relationships with all personnel and management.
- The motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrated reliability in attendance.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is considered an asset.
