What you will do:
Reporting
to the VP, Operations, as the Director of Fleet & Commercial Sales, you
will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our brand
and sales, service, and parts business. You will cultivate relationships with
key business clients and oversee the entire fleet sales process to maximize
profitability and customer satisfaction and retention.
Essential duties:
·
Identify prospects and solicit business from small and large commercial
accounts
·
Maintain and retain current commercial accounts by implementing
strategic touch points in person, digitally, and or via promotional outreach
·
Proactively participate in federal, provincial and municipal agency
tendering process
·
Prepare and submit monthly forecast for deliveries, service, and parts
business to the corresponding dealership(s) and collision centers
·
Maintain knowledge on manufacturer’s products and program novelties
involving the automotive fleet and retail sales
·
Plan and participate in various annual trade and industry shows
·
Respond to all relevant inquiries
·
Prepare sales invoices
For this role, come equipped with:
·
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing
large deals
·
Excellent relationship building abilities with corporate and government
entities
·
Being highly organized with excellent strategic planning and problem
solving
·
A background in business development
·
Valid Ontario Driver’s License
·
Valid OMVIC license
