About the Role
We are a large, fast-paced automotive dealership seeking a high-performing Internet Sales Representative to manage 400+ inbound leads per month. This role is ideal for a motivated, tech-savvy professional who excels in digital communication, video engagement, and social media-driven sales.
The right candidate will be confident on camera, efficient with written communication, and comfortable engaging customers across multiple online platforms.
What you will do:
- Respond
to and manage 400+ monthly internet leads via CRM, email, text,
social media, and phone
- Maintain
fast response times and high-quality customer engagement
- Create
short personalized video messages for customers (vehicle
walk-arounds, introductions, follow-ups)
- Edit
and upload short-form video content for customer communication and social
media
- Utilize
social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
to generate engagement and leads
- Qualify
customers, set appointments, and follow up consistently
- Accurately
log all customer interactions in the CRM
- Work
closely with management and the sales team to maximize conversion rates
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person, over the phone, and through electronic messaging.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate test drives and accompany customers on test drives.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
For this role, come equipped with:
- Clean criminal record.
- Valid driver’s license.
- OMVIC certification.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills..
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
