What you will do:

• Assist in leading and managing of Service department staff as directed by Service Department Manager.
• Assist in writing repair orders and lead and assist all Service department personnel as required.
• Assist Advisors and Service Manager in maximizing productivity, CSI, comebacks, and related efficiencies.
• Establish strong working relationships with Service personnel, all dealership managers, the general public, and suppliers.
• Make sure all manufacturers’ training courses/requirements are completed by all staff before deadlines.
• Motivate staff and maintaining positive customer relations.

For this role, come equipped with:

• Previous experience in a Service Management position will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge and understanding of service policies and procedures.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience.
• The ability to work well in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
