What you will do:

• Perform financial duties including processing payments, preparing daily deposit, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Provide accurate and timely Payroll/HR related administration/record keeping.
• Prepare and review various reports/updates – includes morning reports, rental updates, production reports, etc.
• Assist in front end duties including scheduling customer repairs/estimates, greeting customers, and follow-up calls.

For this role, come equipped with:

• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/payroll/general office management.
• Valid Driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to details.
• Good verbal and written skills.
